TissueGen’s polymer-based drug-protected delivery systems are tuned to deliver hydrophobic and hydrophilic pharmaceutical agents. Our wet-extruded, drug-loaded fibers can be woven, braided, or knitted into drug-loaded textiles that are ideal for applications including soft-tissue healing, pain relief and protection against infection. Drug-loaded fibers and microspheres provide excellent flexibility in the design of slow release applications,  allowing us to optimize formulations while taking into consideration indication pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and anatomical location of the drug depot.
